Create a New Logo

This is my create a new logo project. I used a new font, added some more information about the brand and added a picture of a beach at sunset in the background.

Formal / Informal Balance

This is my formal/informal balance project. It is a formal balance because if you were to cut the photo in half, the two halves would look very similar.

Street Art

This is my street art project. I first colored the bricks over with the corresponding color of glitter, then I did a very simple zen doodle over the top.

Rhythm and Movement

This is my Rhythm and Movement project. I used ArtRage stencils and glitter to make the overall look of the picture.

Rothko-esque Painting

This is my Rothko-esque painting project. I used the software ArtRage. Mark Rothko's paintings had very soft edges and were very well blended. I recreated this effect with blending tools.

Celebrity With Animal Name

This is my celebrity with animal name project. I used Jimmy Fallon, but changed his name to jimmy Falcon. I then used a picture of a peregrine falcon and photoshopped a beak on.

Scanned Felt Tip Drawing

This is my scanned felt tip drawing assignment. I chose to draw the Imagine Dragons Smoke and Mirrors record cover, my favorite band and album of theirs.

9 Panel Comic Strip

This is my 9 Panel Comic Strip Project. I based it on my colored/shaded scene assignment and made a story out of it.

Color/Shaded Scene of Choice

This is my color/shaded scene of choice project. I used a variety of ways to color it in. The paint bucket tool, the magic wand tool and the gradient tool, and also adding a fill layer.

Bird Coloring Page

This is my bird coloring page assignment. I used a combination of pictures of fake feathers and animated feathers. I used the paint bucket tool to color in the branch and leaves, and I used a gradient fill layer to my the background look like the sky.
